How It Works

1) - Email Us - Send us the design of your print or embroidery, @contact@podly.in

2) - Design File - The mail should contain your design or artwork in png format and in at least 300dpi resolution.

Also, clearly list all your requirements

- Design goals

Preferred color of the tshirt
Size or dimension specifications (Regular/Oversized fit)
Preferred fabric (Cotton/Polyester)

3) - We Print & Ship - Podly handles printing, quality checks and packaging

4) - Track & Grow - Get real‑time order updates and watch your brand scale.

- How to share your artwork/ design with us?

- What file types do you accept?

We accept PNG files of your designs with 300dpi resolution for the best results.

- Can you print my brand’s neck label on the garment?

Absolutely. We provide neck label printing for most apparel products. Just upload your label design while placing the order, and we’ll take care of the rest.

- Can I track my order after it has been shipped?

Yes, you can track your order after it has been shipped. We will provide you with a tracking number so that you can monitor the progress of your shipment. You can also contact us if you have any questions about the status of your order.

- How long does it take to fulfill an order?

Most orders are printed and dispatched within 2–5 business days depending on the product type.

- Can I get a sample before placing a bulk order?

Yes, we recommend ordering a sample to check print quality, sizing, and finish.

- What is a DST file?

A DST file is a special type of embroidery file that tells the embroidery machine exactly how to stitch your design. It includes instructions like stitch type, direction, and thread color.

- Why is there a one-time charge for embroidery designs?

Before we can embroider your logo or artwork, it must be converted into a DST file - a process called digitizing. This is a one-time setup fee per unique design.

- Do I have to pay the digitizing charge again for repeat orders?

No. Once your design is digitized, it’s stored with us. You won’t be charged again for repeat embroidery using the same design and size.

- Can I use my own DST file?

Yes, if you already have a DST file of your design, you can upload it while placing the order and skip the digitizing charge.

- What if I want to embroider the same design in a different size?

Size changes often require re-digitizing. A small fee may apply if the size change is significant.
